"I'm four months away from being 50 years old, and I've had some great things happen in my workouts because of AM/PM ReGen. In my early 30's, I was doing a lot of heavy lifting with a personal trainer and ran into limitations. For example, with a machine called the 'Sled', I was maxing out at an 800lb. lifting capacity (for a person that works out on a consistent basis, 750 lbs. is about average), and I've been limited in all my workouts since then.
